Qualifications

• Experience in site management, maintenance, caretaking, or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Managing the security of the school site and CCTV/alarms.
• Carrying out routine inspections and identifying maintenance needs.
• Coordinating and monitoring contractors and external service providers.
• Supervising cleaning staff and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Supporting health and safety compliance and maintaining records.
• Managing minor repairs and site improvement projects.
• Monitoring utilities and promoting energy efficiency.
• Working with school leaders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
