Job summary

The Crescent Academy is seeking an Estate Manager to care for our expanding building and grounds. You will manage day‑to‑day site operations, maintenance, cleanliness, and security to provide a safe, high‑quality environment for learning.

You will oversee planned maintenance, health and safety compliance, safeguarding, and management of site staff including external contractors. The role requires initiative and close collaboration with the School Business Manager and Head Teacher on estate

Qualifications

• Experience in health and safety within a school or similar facility.
• Experience managing site staff and external contractors.
• Ability to work from own initiative and manage day‑to‑day operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planned maintenance to ensure a safe, high‑quality environment for learning.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and safeguarding across the site.
