New Bridge Multi Academy Trust is seeking an Estates Manager to oversee safety and security across its school sites. The post leads on estates strategy to enable high-quality education and SEND provision, reporting to the Head of Estates and shaping future plans.

The ideal candidate will bring substantial estates management experience in education/public sector, with a track record of improving facilities, security, and compliance across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience of estates management
• Experience in safety, COSHH and risk assessments
• Experience with maintenance planning and reporting

Responsibilities

• Provide central estates support across the Trust to deliver high quality learning environments
• Implement and maintain access security systems
• Organise and manage maintenance schedules and reports
• Monitor external contractors and progress building projects
• Ensure health and safety procedures and regulations are followed
