Alton Park Junior School within The Sigma Trust is seeking a proactive Site Manager to oversee safety, security, maintenance and cleanliness of the school site, ensuring a welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors.

You will lead premises upkeep, health & safety checks, and manage the cleaning function and external contractors, while monitoring budgets and supporting school events and holiday periods.

Formación

• Experience in premises maintenance and contractor supervision.
• Ability to run routine H&S checks and risk assessments.
• Familiarity with BMS, security software and COSHH rules.
• Relevant FM qualification is desirable with First Aid certification.

Responsabilidades

• Lead preventative maintenance, manage repairs and minor projects.
• Oversee health and safety checks and risk assessments.
• Line manage Site Assistant and oversee cleaning and contractors.
• Coordinate security, alarms, CCTV and out-of-hours calls.
• Oversee budgets for premises, utilities and safety.
