Job summary

Inspire Education Trust is seeking a reliable Site Services Officer to support Clifford Bridge Academy (and other trusts’ academies). You will open/close premises, carry out basic maintenance, manage waste, porterage, and health and safety checks to ensure a safe learning environment.

The role is full-time (37 hours per week, all year) with a salary £25,989–£29,540 and may require cover at other sites within Coventry. Driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate effectively.
• Physically capable to undertake tasks and duties.
• Experience or ability to perform basic maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the school premises.
• Carry out basic maintenance and repairs.
• Manage waste and porterage duties.
• Respond to emergency call outs and health and safety checks.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and security to safeguard pupils and staff.
