Job summary

Rednock School is seeking a full-time School Caretaker to help manage safety, maintenance and janitorial services across the premises.

The role covers cleaning, minor repairs and health and safety promotion, with 37 hours per week (10:00–18:00 Mon-Thu, 10:00–17:30 Fri) all year round. Salary is Grade 4, pt 7 (£27,274 per annum) and there is an expectation to start as soon as possible.

Qualifications

• Maintaining clean, safe and secure premises.
• Promotion of health and safety around the school.

Responsibilities

• Carry out handyman tasks, routine maintenance and minor repairs.
• Support site team with cleaning, porterage and upkeep of facilities.
