Job summary

University College School (UCS) is seeking a dynamic Caretaker to join the Estates team. The role supports daily caretaking, maintenance and upkeep of facilities across campus, ensuring a safe, secure and well‑presented learning environment for pupils and staff.

Reporting to the Site Services Manager, the postholder will work across buildings and grounds, assist with events, health and safety compliance, and day‑to‑day operational support.

Responsibilities

• Support daily caretaking, maintenance and upkeep of School facilities across campuses.
• Assist with health and safety compliance and day-to-day operations for staff and pupils.
• Support events and activities and provide operational assistance to the Estates team.
• Work in a fast-paced environment to maintain safe, secure and well-presented premises.
