REAch2 Academy Trust seeks an experienced School Caretaker to oversee the caretaking, maintenance and safeguarding of the school premises, equipment and grounds. The role supports a safe, clean and welcoming environment for students and staff, liaising with the Headteacher and Office Coordinator to resolve site issues and coordinate contractors.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in facility management within a school or similar environment.
• Ability to lead a small team and coordinate with on-site contractors.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and safeguarding procedures.

Aufgaben

• Ensure security, cleanliness, porterage and contractor monitoring for the school.
• Oversee maintenance, minor repairs and refurbishment works.
• Maintain internal/external fabric and safe working environment; manage equipment/machinery.
• Coordinate planned improvements and ensure compliance with health, safety and safeguarding policies.
