Job summary

Wood Green School invites applications for a Data Officer (Grade 7). The role involves day-to-day responsibility for student data, assessment and reporting, working closely with the Data & Systems Lead to ensure data accuracy and timely availability.

You will manage Bromcom records, administer MCAS and SchoolCloud, and support key annual processes. The successful candidate will need excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and confidence handling data and IT systems.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling data and using IT systems.
• Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and communicate effectively.
• Experience with school MIS, Bromcom, is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assessment and reporting cycles.
• Maintain student records within Bromcom.
• Administer parent-facing systems including MCAS and SchoolCloud.
• Support annual processes such as start of academic year and statutory data returns.
• Provide first-line data/MIS support with colleagues.
