Marchant Recruitment is seeking a School Data Manager in Abingdon to support accurate pupil information and reporting across the school. You will work with senior leaders to maintain records, produce attendance and assessment reports, and support data-driven improvement initiatives.

The role requires experience in school data management, strong Excel skills, and the ability to handle large datasets with a meticulous, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in school data management or education administration.
• Strong knowledge of school management systems and pupil data processes.
• Excellent Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
• Methodical approach with outstanding attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff at different levels.

Responsabilités

• Maintaining accurate pupil records and managing updates to the school database.
• Producing reports relating to pupil progress, attendance and assessment.
• Supporting data collections and reporting deadlines throughout the academic year.
• Liaising with staff to resolve data discrepancies and improve record accuracy.
• Supporting the administration of assessment information and examination data.
• Ensuring sensitive information is handled securely and in accordance with data protection requirements.
