Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with data, administration, information systems or similar roles.
• Experience in a school environment with pupil records or assessment data is desirable.
• Strong IT skills and proficiency with spreadsheets and databases.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date pupil and school records.
• Manage relevant school databases and information systems.
• Enter, update and check student information.
• Produce reports for senior leaders and other staff.
• Support the school’s assessment and reporting processes.
• Monitor data for accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Ensure information is stored and used in a confidential manner.
• Assist with administrative duties and data requests.
