Support your local community by joining Essex County Council’s School Crossing Patrol Team at Unity Academy, Hickory Avenue, Colchester. Your role will involve assisting children crossing the road during morning and afternoon periods, ensuring pedestrian safety.
We seek punctual, reliable, approachable individuals who enjoy engaging with the public.
This position is approximately 7.5 hours per week, including holiday pay. You will work during the 39-week academic year, roughly 45 minutes in the morning (08:00 - 09:00) and afternoon (14:45 - 15:45), depending on site needs. Uniform, equipment, and training are provided.
