Join Essex County Council's School Crossing Patrol Team as a School Crossing Patrol Officer at St John's Green Primary School, Colchester, and support your local community.
Assist in ensuring the safety of pedestrians crossing the road to and from the school during the morning and afternoon sessions.
We seek a punctual, reliable, approachable individual who enjoys engaging with the public.
This role involves approximately 7.5 hours per week, including holiday pay, during the 39-week academic year. You will work around 45 minutes in the morning (08:00 - 09:00) and 45 minutes in the afternoon (14:45 - 15:45), depending on site requirements. Uniform, equipment, and training are provided.
