Job summary

The Reach Free School in Rickmansworth is seeking a confident, adaptable Cover Supervisor to support teaching staff by covering lessons when colleagues are absent. You will help maintain a positive, productive learning environment and ensure continuity of learning.

This permanent role runs 8.15am to 3.15pm, Monday to Friday, during term time. Starting salary is on the Academy Trust Scale (pro rata from £20,154), with a start date in January 2027.

Qualifications

• A candidate with experience of working in a supportive role in a school environment
• A graduate seeking experience in a school environment prior to embarking on a programme to gain qualified teacher status (QTS)
