Job summary

Rickmansworth School is seeking a Cover Supervisor to join our 11-18 academy in Croxley Green. The role is term-time plus 2 INSET/additional days, 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:20–15:20. You will supervise classes, keep students on task and ensure work set by teachers is completed, supporting learning and behaviour management.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting learning and managing classroom behaviour.
• Ability to supervise whole classes during teacher absences.
• Commitment to safeguarding and equality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise whole classes and ensure students stay on task and complete work.
• Contribute to maintaining continuity of learning when teachers are absent.
• Uphold school policies and support student wellbeing and behaviour management.
