Job summary

Keep Education is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to work across Secondary Schools in Luton. You will supervise classes during teacher absences, support student learning and maintain a respectful learning environment.

Qualifications

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths required.
• A-Level or degree preferred.
• Experience with children or young people in an educational setting desirable.
• Training or experience in classroom management would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Support students in understanding lesson materials and encourage participation.
