Ormiston Bushfield Academy is seeking a Cover Supervisor to supervise classes in the absence of teachers, ensuring learning continues in a calm, orderly environment. This role does not involve teaching but provides essential support to students and staff across key stages with departmental deployments as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a school environment would be advantageous, but training will be given for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Supervise groups of students in classroom settings when teachers are absent.
• Ensure learning takes place in a calm and orderly environment.
• Support staff and students across key stages, with deployment to various departments as required.
• Assist with supporting students in other areas across the academy as needed.
