Academics is seeking a confident Cover Supervisor for a full-time role in Hounslow. You will supervise classes when teachers are absent, following provided work and keeping learners engaged to maintain a calm, purposeful learning environment.

The ideal candidate has strong behaviour management, an authoritative classroom presence and excellent communication skills, with a reliable and proactive approach to supporting students and lesson continuity.

• Experience working with young people in a school or educational setting
• Strong behaviour management skills

• Ability to follow lesson plans and support students’ learning

• Commitment to maintaining high standards of behaviour and learning
• Residence within or travel to Hounslow

• Supervise classes across a range of subjects when the usual teacher is unavailable
• Follow the set work, keep students engaged and maintain a calm learning environment
