Nord Anglia Education is seeking a School Counsellor to join our Oxford team in January 2027. The role is 12–14 hours per week across two days (Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays) and involves working with students aged 11–18 in a diverse, multicultural environment.

You will provide supportive, reflective counselling, build strong relationships with pupils and staff, and contribute to safeguarding and wellbeing across our campuses.

We are seeking to appoint a School Counsellor to join us in January 2027. We are looking for approachable, warm, reflective therapist who is passionate about working with 11-19 year olds in a multi‑cultural environment. This is a part‑time position, working 12-14 hours a week spread over 2 days - Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays.
