We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Advisor to provide high-quality, professional HR support across two leading independent schools in Oxford.

The successful candidate will partner with managers and staff across both schools, delivering a comprehensive HR advisory service covering employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, absence management, policy implementation and compliance.
