School Club Manager – Leading Children’s Play and Sport Provision Company

Location: SP11 9HR

Breakfast Club only role 7:15-8:40am Monday-Friday

We are recruiting for the leading provider of out-of-school hours childcare for primary school children in the UK. This company continues to grow in size, quality, and scope every year and is looking for someone passionate about children’s play and activity.

As a School Club Manager, you will manage all day-to-day aspects of running the clubs at your school, including scheduling, people management, cost control, handling customer complaints, and maintaining school relationships. You will also have the opportunity to work during holidays on activity and sport camps.

Ideally, you will have experience in:

1. Leading a Team – understanding the need to be firm but fair, genuine, and respectful of everyone's differences and uniqueness
2. Leading Performance – managing finances, setting clear goals, thinking creatively, and confidently making decisions
3. Strategic Thinking – listening to customers, parents, schools, and most importantly, children to create the best experiences
4. Leading Yourself – seeking and embracing feedback, staying calm under pressure, and striving to exceed expectations
5. Leading Play & Activities – creating a fun, energetic, structured environment for children to grow and develop
