Leisure Club Manager

As our Leisure Club Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of our spa, pool, and leisure club within our retirement village. Your duties will include managing memberships, classes, and personal training sessions, while ensuring that our high standards are maintained and customer satisfaction exceeds expectations through your warm and empathetic service style.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified in Group or Individual Personal Training
• Experience in leading classes, aerobics, and stretches
• Experience in Yoga and/or Pilates (desirable)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Self-motivated with high physical standards and sales drive
• Ability to influence and liaise effectively with people at all levels
• Warm, professional, and empathetic demeanor
