Job summary

Mrs Buckét Cleaning Services in Wales seeks an entry-level, part-time cleaner to operate cleaning machinery and maintain exceptionally high standards across varied site areas. This role supports a fast-paced manufacturing environment with full training provided.

Shifts run Monday to Friday from 05:00–08:00 or 15:00–18:00 at CF64, with onsite parking and a comprehensive training programme. Applicants from all backgrounds are welcome and progression opportunities are available.

• Customer-focused with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to work effectively at a fast pace in challenging manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication skills and confident engaging with people at all levels.
• Motivated, proactive and energetic.

Responsibilities

• Operate cleaning machinery and use innovative methods to maintain high cleaning standards (full training provided).
• Ensure full PPE compliance across relevant areas of the site.
• Communicate effectively with the client, especially where 24-hour site operations are in place.
• Support the delivery of exceptional standards during key client visits.
• Monitor and report cleaning supply requirements and stock levels.
• Report any Health and Safety issues promptly.
• Clean to a high standard across varied site areas including warehouse, offices, meeting rooms, receptions, toilets, and production zones.
