Job summary

Mrs Buckét Cleaning Services is seeking an entry-level cleaner for a full-time, on-site role in Nantgarw (CF15). The position runs Monday to Friday, 12:00 to 20:00, with full training provided and a focus on delivering high cleaning standards across warehouses, offices, and production areas.

You will be supported by the People and Head Office team, with a comprehensive training and coaching programme, uniform provided, and onsite staff parking.

Responsibilities

• Operate cleaning machinery and maintain high standards across site areas.
• Ensure PPE compliance and safety on site.
• Communicate with client during 24-hour operations and client visits.
• Monitor stock levels and report cleaning supply needs.
• Report Health and Safety issues promptly.
• Keep areas clean across offices, warehouse, and production zones.

Responsibilities: Operate cleaning machinery and use innovative methods to maintain high cleaning standards (full training provided). Ensure full PPE compliance across relevant areas of the site. Communicate effectively with the client, especially where 24-hour site operations are in place. Support the delivery of exceptional standards during key client visits. Monitor and report cleaning supply requirements and stock levels. Report any Health and Safety issues to the Supervisor or Site Lead promptly. Clean to an extremely high standard across varied site areas, including warehouse, offices, meeting rooms, receptions, toilets, and production zones.
