Carmarthenshire County Council is inviting applications for a Cleaning Supervisor at Queen Elizabeth High School in Carmarthen. The role covers 15 hours per week under a permanent term-time contract.

The hourly rate ranges from £13.80 to £14.25, with duties including cleaning, replenishing consumables, and deep cleaning as needed. You will operate cleaning equipment and follow safety guidelines, with an emphasis on detail and keeping areas spotless.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and the willingness to learn new skills.
• Flexibility and the willingness to assist with other cleaning requirements.
• Level 1 Welsh language knowledge with support to reach this level.

Responsibilities

• Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping and emptying waste bins.
• Replenishing consumables and deep cleaning as required.
• Using cleaning equipment, machinery, and chemicals following health and safety guidance.
