Job summary

Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking a dedicated School Cleaner to join our Total FM Cleaning Team based at Castle Hill School in Newsome HD4. You’ll work 12.5 hours per week, term time 3pm–5.30pm, and 8am–4pm during school holidays, cleaning classrooms, toilets and surfaces to high standards.

Experience in a school environment is preferred, and the role requires a DBS check. We offer a supportive, values-driven workplace with opportunities for training and development within our education

Qualifications

• Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals and COSHH.
• Experience working in a school environment is preferred; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Clean toilets, urinals, hand basins, sinks, and replenish consumables
• Clean classrooms; damp-wipe tables, legs, chairs, desks and hard surfaces
• Clean internal glazing
• Vacuum floors and carpets
• Sanitise touchpoints and door handles
• Sweep and mop floors
• Periodic deep cleaning during school holidays
• Adhere to colour coding and replace mop heads and equipment
• Manage waste and disposal
