Job summary

Intelligent Workplace Solutions Ltd. is seeking a diligent cleaner for school premises. The role involves daily cleaning of classrooms, toilets, corridors, laboratories and other spaces, following the client specification and safety procedures.

You will handle cleaning materials safely, manage stock levels, and assist with major holiday cleaning tasks under supervision. Applicants should have an enhanced DBS or be ready to apply, be reliable and capable of working as part of a team in a school

Qualifications

Enhanced DBS is required or ready for application.
Demonstrates health and safety awareness and compliance with COSHH.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Maintain high standards of cleanliness across all school areas daily.
Clean all rooms, toilets, corridors, halls, laboratories and other spaces per specification.
Use cleaning materials safely and report stock levels to supervisor.
Ensure equipment is in good working order and report faults.
Handle waste and recycling; manage glass cleaning and door glass.
Contribute to major cleaning tasks during school holidays.
Follow security procedures and close/lock rooms as required.
Attend training and operate equipment as instructed.
