Job summary

HireHive is seeking a School Cleaner for a part-time role in the Barr Beacon area (WS9). You will work 3:00pm–6:00pm, Monday to Friday, 15 hours per week, with a permanent contract and a competitive hourly rate of £12.75.

The role fits around school runs and other commitments and includes full training, uniform provision, a company pension, and support from an experienced management team. Additional hours at other local sites may be available.

Main Duties

You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment throughout the school, including:

• Vacuuming, mopping and dusting

• Cleaning classrooms, corridors, and communal areas

• Cleaning toilets and washroom facilities

• Emptying bins and replenishing consumables

• Following cleaning schedules and health & safety procedures

• Using cleaning equipment and products safely
