Job summary

HireHive is seeking a School Cleaner for a part-time role in the Barr Beacon area (WS9). You will work 3:00pm–6:00pm, Monday to Friday, 15 hours per week, with a permanent contract and a competitive hourly rate of £12.75.

The role fits around school runs and other commitments and includes full training, uniform provision, a company pension, and support from an experienced management team. Additional hours at other local sites may be available.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning is beneficial but not required.
• Full training will be provided.
• Attention to health and safety standards essential for school environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic school environment.
• Vacuuming, mopping, and dusting of classrooms and corridors.
• Clean toilets and washroom facilities; replenish consumables.
• Empty bins and follow cleaning schedules.
• Ensure cleanliness follows health and safety procedures.
• Use cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
