Job summary

Norton Hill School is seeking a School Cleaner to join our team on a permanent, all-year-round contract. The role is 12.5 hours per week at £12.85 per hour, with salary range reflecting pro rata terms for term time plus holiday hours when the school is open.

The position runs Monday to Friday from 3:30pm to 6:00pm, with opportunities to undertake holiday hours when the school is open. Interview dates are to be confirmed.

To ensure that the required standards and quality levels are maintained.
To use all cleaning materials and equipment in a safe and proper manner in accordance with the instructions and procedures determined by the Midsomer Norton Schools Partnership.
To complete all appropriate records and documentation as required.
To complete online training as required.
To ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and security regulations.
To carry out such other duties as are required, and as are commensurate with the grade of the post.

Permanent, all year round contract @ £12.85 per hour Salary range: £24,796 - £25,18512.5 hrs per week (Actual salary pro rata range - £8,377 - £8,508)Term Time: Monday - Friday 3.30pm – 6pmSchool holiday hours can be completed anytime when the school is open - school opens from 7.00am-4.30pm (4.00pm on Fridays)
