The Whitstable School, part of Swale Academies Trust, is seeking a cleaner to join a small, friendly team. This part-time role covers 20 hours per week across five days and starts ASAP.

You will help maintain a clean, healthy environment for pupils and staff by carrying out daily cleaning of classrooms, offices, and washrooms. Training will be provided; we value reliability, punctuality, and responsibility and welcome applications from all qualified individuals.

Qualifications

• Experience in school cleaning is preferable, but training will be provided.
• Reliable, punctual and responsible work ethic required.
• Willingness to work 20 hours per week across five days.

The Whitstable School is looking to recruit a cleaner, this is an opportunity to be part of a small, friendly cleaning team who play a key role within the school.

The aim of the role is to provide a good cleaning service that is responsive to the needs of the school, resulting in a clean and healthy environment or pupils and staff.

Duties include all aspects of cleaning within a school including the daily cleaning of classrooms, office and washroom areas.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Reliable
• Responsible
• A good time-keeper
• Previous experience of school cleaning is preferable however, training will be provided.
