Job Opportunity: School Cleaner

We are recruiting a School Cleaner for one of Nexgen's School / Academy partners in the Rugby, CV22 area.

• Salary: £12.22 per hour
• Working hours: 3pm - 6pm, Monday to Friday
• Hours per week: 15

Core Responsibilities - Cleaning Operative / Cleaner:

• Dust, damp wipe or wash walls, skirting boards, hand rails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors and frames
• Sweep floors with brushes or dust control mops
• Mop floors with wet or damp mops
• Vacuum carpeted areas
• Empty waste bins and transport waste to designated collection points
• Mix cleaning supplies in correct quantities for safe use
• Replenish consumables such as soap, toilet rolls, and paper towels
• Clean kitchens, toilets, urinals, hand basins, and sinks

Qualifications and Skills:

• Prior professional cleaning experience
• IT literate (use of tablet and smartphone apps)
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
• Willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
