About The Role

The days and hours: Monday-Friday 16:00 - 18:45 (43 weeks per year/ term time only)

Hourly Rate - £13.00

Location: Bicester, OX27 7PX

Although the role is for less than 52 weeks per year, your pay will be spread out evenly so you receive a payment every month.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing high standards of cleaning and customer care across different shifts.
• Handling cleaning equipment and materials (full training provided).
• Replenishing consumables like paper towels, soap, and toilet paper.
• Emptying bins and ensuring waste is disposed of properly.
• Maintaining health and safety standards at all times.
• Working collaboratively with your team to meet client needs.

About You

All you need is:

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Cleaning experience is a plus, but full training will be provided.
• Ability to perform physical tasks required by the role.
• Basic spoken English skills for safety communication and interaction with clients and colleagues.
• Good social skills and a friendly manner.
• Legal right to work in the UK (please bring proof to the interview).
• Ability to pass a DBS/enhanced DBS check.
