Job summary

Nova Education Trust, Mansfield, is seeking a proactive School Cleaner to join our team and support site priorities. You will perform cleaning, washing, sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing and vacuuming to the required standards, and help maintain hygienic toilet facilities.

Experience is not essential as training is provided; an enhanced DBS check will be conducted. The role is offered on a pro-rata basis with a Friday closing deadline and immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience not necessarily essential; training can be provided.
• Enhanced DBS check required; safeguarding of children.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning, washing, sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing and vacuum cleaning of designated areas to the required standards.
• Emptying litter bins, removing waste to designated areas.
• Cleaning of toilets and washrooms to the required standard where allocated.

Salary : Scale 2 £25,614 pro-rata, £9,145 actual salary per year

We are looking for a suitably experienced and motivated School Cleaner reporting to the Senior Cleaner, assisting with site priorities which include,

• Cleaning, washing, sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing and vacuum cleaning of designated areas to the required standards
• Emptying litter bins, etc., and removing waste to designated areas
• Cleaning of toilets and washrooms to the required standard where allocated

Experience is not necessarily essential for candidates who possess a proactive and enthusiastic outlook as training can be made available.
