About The Role

The days and hours: Monday - Friday 18:00 - 21:00 (39 weeks per year / term time only)
Hourly Rate - £12.21
Location: Southampton, Hampshire, SO16 5NA
Although the role is for less than 52 weeks per year, your pay will be spread out evenly so you receive a payment every month.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing high standards of customer care across different shift hours.
  • Handling site equipment and cleaning materials, with full training provided.
  • Replenishing consumables like paper towels, soap, toilet paper, and bin liners.
  • Emptying litter bins into waste and recycling containers.
  • Ensuring cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
  • Maintaining Health and Safety standards, with full training provided.
  • Working as part of a team that goes the extra mile.

About You

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn; cleaning experience is a plus but not required if you are eager and thoughtful.
  • Ability to perform the physical aspects of the role.
  • Basic spoken English for communication on safety and with the public and management.
  • Good social skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Right to work in the UK, with evidence to be presented at interview.
  • Must have or be willing to obtain a DBS/enhanced DBS check.
