Job summary

Caterlink is hiring a Chef Manager for Raynes Park High School in Merton to ensure nutritionally balanced meals. The role is term-time only, Monday to Friday, with 41 weeks per year. The position pays £21.00 per hour and involves leading site operations and teams to maintain Caterlink's high service standards.

The role requires managing health and safety, food safety, budgets, and client relationships while delivering consistent quality and customer satisfaction. DBS disclosure is required.

Qualifications

• To prepare, cook and present food to Caterlink and client standards.
• To ensure Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislation compliance.
• To manage day-to-day running of location, supervise teams and budgets.
• Be main client contact in school, implement improvements and action plans.
• Communicate with line manager to monitor KPIs and financial targets.
• Support and train teams, ensure training completed and performance managed.
