Job summary

Caterlink is hiring a Chef Manager for Norwood Primary School in Peterborough. This term-time role (38 weeks/year) offers Monday to Friday work, at £16.00 per hour for 30 hours weekly. You will manage the school location, oversee food preparation, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.

As the main client contact, you will drive continuous improvements, manage inventories and budgets, and lead and train staff to deliver high-quality meals for pupils and staff.

Qualifications

• Food preparation, cooking, and presenting to Caterlink and client standards.
• Ability to supervise teams and manage inventories, budgets and action plans.
• Strong health, safety and food safety compliance knowledge.
• Experience in catering within an educational environment is a plus.

Responsibilities
