Gateshead Council is seeking a catering supervisor for Clover Hill Community Primary School. You will lead a small team to provide a high-quality two-course mid-day meal service, ensure safety standards, manage stock and costs, and drive continual service improvement.

You will oversee staff rotas, training, and customer care, delivering meals to around 130-140 pupils daily while maintaining high standards and compliance with all policies.

Formación

• Level 2 Food Safety, Health & Safety, Allergen Awareness, or equivalent required.
• Experience delivering catering in schools or large-scale settings preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team while managing budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a catering team to deliver a high-quality two-course mid-day meal service.
• Oversee food preparation, service, stock control and budgeting within limits.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety and HACCP standards.
