Lancashire County Council’s Baxenden St John's Primary School catering team is seeking a Unit Catering Supervisor to oversee and deliver nutritious meals for pupils during term-time.

The role is 30 hours per week, part-time, fixed term until December 2026, with flexible, family-friendly hours and no regular evenings or weekends. DBS disclosure may be required, and sponsorship is unavailable for this role.

Formación

• Experience leading or supervising a catering team.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing, cooking and serving food to menus and production plans.
• Supervising and supporting catering team members.
• Ordering food and managing deliveries and stock levels.
• Maintaining records and stock control systems.
• Ensuring high standards of food safety, cleanliness and kitchen hygiene.
• Creating a welcoming dining experience for pupils and staff.
