Job summary

Thomas Franks is seeking a hospitality supervisor to join our team at Ashtead Park, a busy day and boarding school in Ashtead Park, Surrey. You will oversee the hospitality operation and help deliver breakfast, lunch, supper, and service across the site.

Ideal candidates will have experience in fast-paced catering, excellent customer service, and be an all-round team player with organised, detail‑oriented work. Barista skills are essential as you’ll assist with hot drinks and serving customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced catering environments.
• Good written and verbal English.
• Similar experience in customer and/or food preparation environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the hospitality operation.
• Ensure food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
• Ensure all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
• Support the team with serving customers, replenishing stocks, making hot drinks, clearing down (Barista skills essential).
