We're recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and who can confidently oversee all catering and service operations for Chartwells on a part-time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week.

As a Catering Supervisor, you will ensure our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and help deliver incredible food experiences. Please note: This role is contracted to 44 weeks per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing delicious food to high standards
• Supervising culinary and catering teams to ensure excellent food and service
• Communicating with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
• Liaising between customers and teams to exceed expectations
• Supporting and training teams to excel
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards for compliance

Ideal Candidate

• Passionate about great-tasting food and customer service
• Minimum of two years catering experience
• Experience managing teams
• Basic Food Hygiene certificate
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ambitious and motivated to upskill
