The Bishop of Winchester Academy in Christchurch is seeking a proactive Catering Manager to lead the existing catering team and elevate our service for students and staff. The role combines menu planning, stock and budget control with ensuring high standards of food safety and service.

You will manage the kitchen team, oversee food production, ordering, and compliance with school food standards, while supporting a positive work environment and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing catering operations in educational settings.
• Ability to develop and implement menus in line with standards.
• Proven track record of budget, stock and team management.

• Manage and supervise the catering team to ensure all food production, service and financial targets are met
