Compass Group UK&I is seeking an experienced Catering Manager to lead Chartwells catering and service operations on a full-time basis. You will oversee kitchens and service counters, manage inventories and budgets, and drive exceptional food experiences across the site.

The role requires at least two years of catering experience, NVQ/City & Guilds qualifications, and a Basic Food Hygiene certificate. Strong financial acumen and excellent communication are essential.

Formación

• Minimum of two years catering experience
• Hold NVQ Level 1/2 or City & Guilds 706/1 & 2
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate
• Demonstrate strong financial acumen
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Responsabilidades

• Prepare delicious food to high standards
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to maintain quality service
• Oversee in-unit catering operations: inventories, budgets, action plans
• Communicate with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and uphold brand image
• Identify opportunities for new food or service concepts to drive sales
• Liaise between customers and teams to exceed expectations
• Train and support teams to excel in their roles
• Implement and review Health & Safety standards across teams
