Job summary

Holroyd Howe is seeking an experienced Catering Manager to lead Stephen Perse Senior School's catering services. You will oversee strategy, financial management, and the delivery of high-quality meals across operations, with a focus on safety, nutrition, and guest experience.

The role requires inspirational leadership, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to drive continuous improvement while building trusted relationships with clients, suppliers and staff.

Qualifications

• Develop and implement strategic plans for catering operations.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance across all catering operations.
• Drive innovation in menu planning, sourcing, sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safeguarding policies.
• Build relationships with clients, suppliers, stakeholders.
• Champion staff development and wellbeing.
