Qualifications

• Previous caretaking, facilities or maintenance experience preferred.
• Willingness to complete safeguarding and background checks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible to assist with a variety of site duties.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance and minor repairs.
• Inspect buildings, fixtures and outdoor areas for issues.
• Assist with opening and securing the site as required.
• Keep entrances, corridors and shared spaces tidy and safe.
• Report defects and arrange further attention where necessary.
• Assist with moving furniture and setting up rooms.
• Support deliveries and the organisation of stored equipment.
• Monitor site security and report any concerns.
• Assist contractors with access and maintenance tasks.
• Follow health and safety procedures and school policies.
