Are you a maintenance professional seeking a career within a school setting?

Aspire People are currently recruiting maintenance professionals for Primary and Secondary schools across Walsall. Roles vary in hours, with some on a split shift basis. We offer a range of temporary and more permanent roles.

Please note, only applicants with prior School Caretaker experience in a relevant role will be considered.

Responsibilities include:

1. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the school
2. Carry out specified maintenance tasks
3. Perform various cleaning tasks and inspections
4. Report and record repairs, ensuring they are completed safely and promptly
5. Conduct fire alarm testing
6. Open and lock premises
