Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely transport students, ensuring their well-being.
  • Assist students with boarding and exiting the bus, providing additional help as needed.
  • Maintain punctuality and consistency in schedule.
  • Conduct daily safety checks and ensure bus cleanliness.
  • Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and caregivers.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience working with children, preferably in an SEN setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and patient approach to working with students with special needs.
  • Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
