Job summary

Nyewood CofE Junior School in West Sussex is seeking an experienced Bursar to manage our school finances, oversee budgets, payroll, procurement, audits and financial reporting. You will work closely with the Headteacher and Governors, providing expert advice and ensuring compliance with LA guidance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in school finance systems, budget setting and monitoring, and a proactive approach to improving financial processes within a busy primary school

Qualifications

• Experience with school finance systems and budget setting.
• Track record in payroll, procurement and financial reporting.
• Ability to work with Headteacher and Governors.
