Job summary

St Bede's Catholic Primary, Denton Burn, Newcastle upon Tyne, invites applications for a Breakfast Club Assistant. The role is part-time (7.5 hours per week), 7:30am–9:00am, Monday to Friday, term time only with one training day. Starting as soon as possible on a fixed-term 12-month contract.

DBS disclosure and other recruitment checks are required. Responsibilities include supervising pupil safety and behaviour, organizing activities, preparing and serving food, and light cleaning.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children.
• First aid qualification desirable; training can be offered by the school.
• Food hygiene qualification desirable.
