Job summary

EngageEducationLtd in Wembley is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to support a SEND/PRU school, working with children and young people with SEMH, autism and related needs. The role involves one-to-one or small-group support, improving pupil engagement and behaviour.

Candidates should be proactive, enthusiastic and able to build rapport with pupils; DBS check will be required. Full-time and part-time positions available; CPD trainings provided; refer-a-friend £50 Amazon voucher.

• Able to think on your feet and be proactive in a Special School.
• Ability to form excellent relationships and rapport with pupils.

Responsibilities

• Supporting on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.
• Working with other support staff to engage pupils in class and minimise disruption.
• Providing feedback to teachers and parents.
• Assisting pupils with Autism, SEMH, ADHD, Severe Learning Difficulties and other Learning Disabilities.
